30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to enjoy Inner Beat. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact katherine through the in-app support channel and we will help you contact Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Outside the 30-day window we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remainder of a paid period.

One-time / lifetime purchases

Lifetime purchases are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy. In all cases your statutory rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
